Businesses nowadays are frequently opting for more fluidity with their working approach. This means some elements of your team may operate remotely. They may require access to email, data and systems, so don’t let their productivity be compromised by poor equipment or inadequate applications.
Technology now means that remote working can be just as effective as office based, often for the same or even less overall cost.
The trick is to find the right approach that will make lives easier for you, your employees and your business. While also providing essential support to maintain productivity wherever they are based.
Simply pay up front for a number of minutes per quarter. We will then bill against these based on the time spent (including onsite visits, workshop work and any help desk assistance required).
Then at the end of the quarter any left over minutes are basically carried forward to the following quarter (to a maximum of one quarter’s total minutes).
If you happen to use more than your agreed allocation, these additional minutes are charged at your agreed hourly rate at the end of the month.
Hourly rates are from £75 per hour and reduce as more hours are purchased.
Fix your costs for the year based on a per user basis – ideal for companies with lots of field or decentralised staff. The cost per head depends on the complexity of the IT, number of staff, nature of support required and whether server support is needed.
Sounds expensive? Fear not; typically if a company had 12 staff, some of which might be remote workers you may pay £25 per user per month – that’s £3,600 for the year!
What’s more we can add server, device asset tracking and workstation monitoring too – giving you complete network and systems visibility should you want it. Once in place, this can be used for anti-virus, content filtering and cloud backup if required.
